We meet with the client to discuss needs and requirements for their proposed project. We collate all required information, prepare an initial preliminary design and present to the client for review.
After consulting with clients, the preliminary design is developed further with a basic elevation and revised concept floor plan for client approval.
If required by client, the drawings are prepared to a stage suitable for obtaining budget estimates for construction prior to finalising drawings.
Architectural drawings are finalised and ready for construction along with all engineering drawings & computations, energy rating reports and soil test reports etc.
Upon completion of all construction documents, should the client require our construction services, we are able to provide a FREE no obligation quotation for the construction of the project.
