Design, Drafting & Construction Pty Ltd can assist you in your next project by managing it for you and relieving the stress of having to deal with tradesman, suppliers etc. that are speaking a different language that you don’t fully understand. All you would need to worry about is the overall budget that you have in mind and leave the technical & stressful side to us.
This service is only available to projects valued over $500,000.00 as per the requirements of standard contracts available for this service.
Budget estimates will be provided prior to commencement of works and we ensure that the project is kept on track and on budget.
Project management is well suited to multi unit developments, large projects such as custom built homes, large renovations and extensions or any industrial/commercial project or, furthermore, any project that requires specialised supervision to ensure that the design integrating and quality is maintained at all times during the construction.
